Maryland Office/Flex Portfolio Trades for $55 Million

A 14-building portfolio of office and flex properties in Lanham, Md., has sold for $55 million. Beco Management Inc. bought the 600,000 sq. ft. portfolio from Robert Depew Associates.

Cassidy & Pinkard arranged the sale of the properties, Forbes Center I and II and the Metro Business Center.

Forbes Center I consists of six 1-story brick office buildings with a total of 146,778 sq. ft. of space. Forbes Center II consists of three flex/R&D buildings with a combined 110,356 sq. ft. of space. Metro Business Center is comprised of a 54,962 sq. ft. office building and four office/R&D/distribution buildings totaling 287,822 sq. ft.
