Knoxville, Tenn. – Locally based Graham Development Corp. is developing a shopping center anchored by Wilkesboro, N.C.-based Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse. Isiah’s Landing will sit on approximately 31 acres of land and will accommodate nearly 300,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Construction of the center is set to begin in spring 2001.
