Baltimore – Locally based Phillips Edison & Co. recently acquired Promenade at Beach Boulevard shopping center, which is located in Jacksonville, Fla. The 116,565-sq.-ft. community center is 80 percent occupied and is anchored by Food Lion. Other tenants include Dollar General, Blockbuster, H&R Block and Goodyear Tire.
The center provides Phillips Edison & Co. the opportunity to increase value by leasing current vacant space and re-merchandising the existing tenant mix.
