Prudential peddles Minneapolis facility

MINNEAPOLIS — Newark, N.J.-based Prudential Insurance Co. of America has completed a sale-lease-back of its Northwest Business Campus in Plymouth, Minn. Atlanta-based Lend Lease Real Estate was the buyer. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Built in two phases during the mid- and late-1980s, the 351,182 sq. ft. facility is near the crossroads of Highway 55 and Interstate 494.

Steven Buss, Thomas Holtz and Brian Helmken of the Minneapolis office of Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis handled the transaction for Prudential.
