Advantis to handle leasing, management of Kennedy Center and One President’s Plaza

TAMPA, Fla. — Atlanta-based Advantis Real Estate Services Co., the commercial real estate division of The St. Joe Company, has been selected to handle the leasing and management for Kennedy Center and One President’s Plaza by Archon Group.

Both the 94,000 sq. ft. Kennedy Center, located at 5100 West Kennedy Blvd. and the 97,000 sq. ft. One President’s Plaza, at 4902 Eisenhower Blvd., are considered prime locations in the Westshore market because of their central locations. Kennedy Center is currently 73% leased by such tenants as Countrywide Home Loans and HC Beck. One President’s Plaza is currently 77% leased by WebMD and Lennar Homes, among other tenants.
