Airport Plaza Complex soars with $3.35 million loan

COLLEGE PARK, Ga. – Florida Bond & Mortgage Inc., Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., has arranged a first mortgage loan for $3.35 million for the Airport Plaza Complex through Intervest Bank. The 123,656 sq. ft. complex includes two industrial warehouse buildings and an office building, and is located near Hartsfield International Airport.
