DUBLIN, Calif. – Avaya Inc., Basking Ridge, N.J., has signed a 67,000 sq. ft. lease at the 675,000 sq. ft. mixed-use Koll Dublin Corporate Center in Dublin, Calif. The developer is Newport Beach, Calif.-based Koll Development Co. The three-phase development is slated for completion by the end of 2002, and includes 620,000 sq. ft. of Class-A office space and 55,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Avaya will accommodate a customer management group in the office, as well as research, development and support functions.
The architects for the project are Hoover and Associates, Palo Alto, Calif. The general contractor is the Wentz Group, Pleasanton, Calif. Kirk Beebe and Chris Adams from CB Richard Ellis have marketed all phases of the center. Other major tenants include Calpine Corp., Hall Kinion and Simpson Manufacturing.
