BOSTON – New York-based Blackstone Real Estate Advisors and Chicago-based Walton Street Capital have leased 135,000 sq. ft. at One Boston Place. President/Managing Partner Andrew W. Hoar and Senior Associate Andrew J. Maher of El Segundo, Calif.-based CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners represented the leasers in the transaction.
Nine tenants are leasing space in the building, including Cambridge Strategic Management Group Inc., Berkshire Partners, Nortel Networks, First Union, JAFCO America Ventures Inc., Keystone Associates, H.C. Wainwright, Primark Decision Economics and Wachovia Securities.
