Chase Tower reaches the sky with $125 million financing from L.J. Melody & Co.

HOUSTON – Houston-based L.J. Melody & Co. has arranged the $125 million refinancing of Chase Tower, a 75-story, 1.7 million sq. ft. office building in downtown Houston. Tom Melody L.J. Melody negotiated the transaction. Built in 1981, Chase Tower is the tallest building outside New York and Chicago.
