Coldwell Banker Commercial, a real estate franchisor, has brought Capitol Realty Services into its national brand. Capitol is based in Vienna, Va., in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. The firm will operate as Coldwell Banker Commercial Capitol Realty Services, with a team of 16 local professionals.
"The Coldwell Banker Commercial platform provides us the ability to service our clients on a national and international scale, while remaining an entrepreneurial business capable of moving at the speed of our clients and the marketplace," says Rick Davidson, who founded the firm in August 2003.
The firm specializes in a host of services, including investment property sales, leasing, property and facility management, corporate services, tenant representation and project and construction management.
