Colliers Seeley seals the deal

LOS ANGELES — Colliers Seeley represented both buyer and seller in the disposition of the Fullerton Industrial Park in Fullerton, Calif.

Chicago-based RREEF sold the complex to Hartford, Conn.-based Times Square Real Estate Investors (Cigna) for an undisclosed amount. Colliers Seeley’s Michael Ross, David Norcott and Randy Coe represented both parties in the transaction.

Fully leased, the 11-building industrial park consists of 228,401 sq. ft. on 13.59 acres in the North Orange County submarket. Tenants include Walt Disney Co., Fairchild Corp., Los Angeles Times and American Greetings Corp.
