Construction on Deloitte Consulting business park begins

CONCORDVILLE, Pa. — Eagleview Commercial Construction Co. has begun construction on a 70,000 sq. ft. operations and learning center for Deloitte Consulting. The project, scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year, is located in the Spring Valley Business Park at the intersection of Routes 1 and 322 in Concordville, Pa. Also planned is a 120,000 sq. ft. office building, scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2002, of which Deloitte will lease 90,000 sq. ft.
