Cushman Realty arranges lease for Electronic Arts

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. – Los Angeles-based Cushman Realty Corp. has completed a $28 million lease for Redwood City, Calif.-based Electronic Arts (EA) at California Plaza in Walnut Creek, Calif. The lease included a renewal of 42,398 sq. ft. of space on the sixth floor and an expansion of 36,834 sq. ft. on the seventh floor of the building.
