Cypress Land Company acquires more land for industrial use

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – Cypress Land Co. recently bought 18.62 acres of land from Investment Development Services Inc. Both Cypress Land Co. and Investment Development Services Inc. were represented by John DeGrinis, Senior Vice President and Manager of Colliers Seeley International’s Ventura County and San Fernando Valley business operations.

Cypress Land Co. is planning to build an industrial and R&D complex in the Conejo Spectrum Business Park. The project is still in the pre-development stages, and details were undisclosed. Cypress Land Co. already has finished or has under construction almost 3 million sq. ft. of developments in Southern California.
