Developers Team Up on Dallas-Area Industrial Project

Dallas-based real estate investor and developer Bandera Ventures has signed a ground lease at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport in partnership with Crow Holdings to develop a 401,797 sq. ft. distribution facility. The value of the project upon completion in December will be roughly $12 million.

Bandera Ventures’ three founding partners are all former executives with the Trammell Crow Company, having left to form Bandera in April of 2003.

"We are delighted to maintain our longstanding partnership with the Crow family with this development," says Pryor Blackwell of BV Partners. "We have a deep admiration and respect for the family and their entire team at Crow Holdings."

The new cross-dock distribution facility will be 1,000 ft. long and 400 ft. wide. A 64-truck trailer staging area will be a special feature of the distribution center.
