GM signs 229,400 sq. ft. lease with ProLogis
ARLINGTON, Texas –General Motors Corp. has signed a five-year lease with Dallas-based ProLogis Trust to occupy 229,400 sq. ft. of distribution space at the Great Southwest Distribution Center here. The center is close to GM’s Arlington manufacturing plant, the local rail system and the highway network. The distribution center features a sprinkler system, 28-foot clearance height and 39 dock doors.
