IDI breaks ground on 400,000 sq. ft. industrial complex

LOS ANGELES – Atlanta-based IDI has broken ground on the 400,000 sq. ft. Montebello Metro Center, an industrial complex in central Los Angeles. The three-building complex marks IDI’s eleventh industrial project in southern California. Completion of the project is slated for first quarter 2002. Los Angeles-based Colliers Seeley represented IDI in the property acquisition, and is also marketing the project.
