IDI Services Group Snags Huge Management and Leasing Contract for USAA

Atlanta-based IDI Services Group has won a contract to manage and lease 2.65 million sq. ft. of office space for insurance and financial services firm USAA in Memphis, Tenn.

San Antonio, Texas-based USAA owns or manages more than $74 billion worth of assets. IDI Services Group already manages 1.8 million sq. ft. for USAA in Memphis' southeast submarket. With the new contract, IDI manages a total of 4.4 million sq. ft.

"USAA selected IDI Services Group because of our well-known reputation as a national, quality services provider and because of USAA's satisfaction with our existing relationship," says Bert Calvert, senior vice president of IDI Services Group.

"USAA recognized our focus on tenant and customer oriented service, which adds value to their properties. That was a key factor for securing this new management contract," he says. IDI Services Group represents third-party clients' leasing and management needs throughout the United States.

With 9 million sq. ft. of third-party space under management, IDI Services Group ranks as one of the largest industrial management companies in the Memphis area. IDI Services Group is a property management subsidiary of national real estate developer IDI.
