Insignia/ESG inks three deals for 625 Madison Ave.

NEW YORK — Madison Avenue continues to be a hot spot for tenants looking for fashionable Class-A space. Insignia/ESG represented building owner 625 Madison Avenue Associates in leasing 82,887 sq. ft. to three separate tenants at the Revlon Building at 625 Madison Ave. Louis Vuitton N.A., which was represented by Mark Boisi of Colliers ABR, leased 22,119 sq. ft. in a 10-year lease valued at $16 million. Firmenich Inc. took two floors totaling 32,970 sq. ft. in a 10-year, $21 million transaction arranged by Jeff Tuller of Helmsley-Spear. Caxton Associates LLC, represented by Kenneth Ruderman of Julien J. Studley, also signed a 10-year lease valued at $20 million for 27,798 sq. ft.

Insignia/ESG’s David Levinson, David Berkey, Peter Turchin and Stephen Eynon represented 625 Madison Associates. The Class-A office building hosts a variety of companies, from foreign manufacturers to boutique financial firms. The building is located between 58th and 59th streets.
