Insignia/ESG receives leasing assignment for 358,000 sq. ft. office

CHICAGO – Berwind Property Group, Philadelphia, has chosen New York-based Insignia/ESG as the leasing manager for 200 South Michigan Avenue, a 22-story, 358,263 sq. ft. office building owned by Berwind Property Group Inc. The 200 South Michigan Avenue building, also known as the Borg-Warner building, was built in 1959. Berwind began a multi-million dollar renovation on the building earlier this year.
