Keystone sells 347,000 sq. ft. of space for $35.7 million in Pennsylvania

WAYNE, Pa. — Keystone Property Trust has sold four Pennsylvania office buildings totaling nearly 347,0000 sq. ft. of space for $35.7 million to Fort Lee, N.J.-based ASC Corp., a private real estate investment entity. Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis represented Keystone in the transaction.

The office portfolio includes: Winchester Plaza and Winchester Corporate Center, which total almost 226,000 sq. ft. of space in Allentown, Pa.; Executive Park, a three-story, 53,000 sq. ft. office building in Wyomissing, Pa.; and Hillside Corporate Center, a 68,000 sq. ft., three-story office building located in the Rossmoyne Business Park in Mechanicsburg, Pa.
