L.J. Melody arranges $29 million for Class-A office

BELLEVUE, Wash. – Milwaukee-based Northwestern Mutual has provided $29 million in financing for Sterling Plaza I and II, two Class-A office buildings totaling 220,267 sq. ft. Jack S. Standeford of Houston-based L.J. Melody arranged the financing between Northwestern Mutual and Sterling Realty Organization Co., the owner of the buildings.

Sterling Plaza I is a 6-story 127,407 sq. ft. structure that was completed in 1991. Sterling Plaza II, a 92,866 sq. ft. 5-story building over two levels of parking, was completed in April 2001.
