L.J. Melody finances $10.8 million for shopping center

ROUND ROCK, Texas – Houston-based L.J. Melody & Co. has financed $10.86 million for the 183,547 sq. ft. Renaissance Square Shopping Center here through Commercial Capital Initiatives on behalf of ORDA Corp. Renaissance Square Shopping Center was built in 1979, and current tenants include Antique Mall of Texas, Boot Town and Blockbuster Video. Randy Fleisher of L.J. Melody arranged the financing.
