Louis Dreyfus Property completes and leases 335,000 sq. ft. office in 18 months
WILTON, Conn. – Louis Dreyfus Property Group, the developer and owner of Twenty Westport Road, has built and fully leased the 335,000 sq. ft. office building in 18 months. The building is located on 57 acres of land and features a cafeteria, fitness center, conference facility and covered parking. The building also comprises two 167,500 sq. ft., three-level wings that are connected by enclosed bridges.
Twenty Westport Road was designed by Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo and Associates. PanAmSat Corp., which is relocating its headquarters, has recently leased 10,732 sq. ft. on the third floor, bringing its total lease to 86,000 sq. ft. David J. Friedman of Louis Dreyfus Property Group represented the owner in the transaction, and Paul Kauffman of Cushman & Wakefield represented PanAmSat.
