DALLAS – Cranford, N.J.–based Mack-Cali Realty Corp. has sold the 95,509 sq. ft. Class-A Preston Centre Plaza for $9.1 million to CCP-PC Office LP. The property is 76% leased. Mack-Cali plans to sell 4.7 million sq. ft. of office space in the southwest United States in the next two years.
