Madison Warehouse inks deal for Illinois distribution center

St. Louis-based Madison Warehouse Corp., a third-party logistics company, has signed a lease to occupy a 266,680 sq. ft. distribution center in the Rock Run Business Park in Joliet, Ill. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. Atlanta-based IDI is the landlord of the building. Cushman & Wakefield represented IDI in the transaction, and Grubb & Ellis represented Madison Warehouse.

Madison will use the building as a regional distribution center. The company has other regional distribution centers in Ft. Worth, Texas; Baltimore and Decatur, Ill. To date, IDI has completed approximately 2 million sq. ft. of space in the 386-acre Rock Run park.
