McDonald ties up leases in Orlando and Atlanta

ATLANTA — McDonald Development has leased more than 155,000 sq. ft. to four companies at three office parks located here and in Orlando, Fla. Ryder Logistics Inc. leased 96,000 sq. ft. at CrownPoint Building Two in Orlando. L&W Supply Corp. leased 29,175 sq. ft. at Peachtree North Building 4 in Atlanta. At Windward Chase in Atlanta, Plaid Boys LLC leased 21,600 sq. ft. in building 200, while Adex Corp. leased 9,000 sq. ft. for its headquarters in building 500.

Tracy White and Lathan Allen represented Atlanta-based McDonald Development in all of the transactions.

Deborah Mickler of Colliers Arnold represented Ryder Logistics. The deal represented McDonald’s second transaction with Ryder Logistics for distribution space.

In the Plaid Boys deal, Alicia Green with Newburger-Andes and Co. represented the tenant.

In the Adex transaction, Jim Conrad of The Conrad Real Estate Group Ltd. represented the tenant.
