MIE Properties has completed 500,000 sq. ft. flex complex after 13 years

DENVER – MIE Properties has finished the last two buildings of the 14-building, 500,000 sq. ft. MIE Corporate Center in Denver. The two final buildings total 58,881 sq. ft. MIE Corporate Center comprises 13 1-story flex/R&D buildings and one 2-story office building. The center features tenant sizes from 1,500 sq. ft. to 61,200 sq. ft., and it is now 99% leased. Some tenants are International Game Technology, Leman Publications and Epilog Corp. Construction began in 1988.
