The complex will feature one- and two-bedroom units, ranging in size from 669 sq. ft. to 1,152 sq. ft. Amenities will include concierge services such as valet dry cleaning, theater and event bookings, and complimentary video rentals. A 413-space parking garage, which both residents and the public will be able to use, also will be built on the site.
