ORLANDO, Fla. — The Apartment Group of Florida, a Cushman & Wakefield company, represented New York-based J.P. Morgan in the $24.2 million disposition of the Waterford Club. Dallas-based First Worthington Group acquired the 364-unit, luxury community for $66,500 per unit or $73.24 per sq. ft. of living space.
