PLACENTIA, Calif. – Burbank-based F&F Placentia Associates LLC has purchased a 103,789 sq. ft. leased investment office complex from Laguna Hills, Calif.-based IRP Muller Associates LLC. Grubb & Ellis Company’s Kevin Shannon, Jon Swallow and Dave Giglio represented both buyer and seller in the transaction, which was valued at $11.1 million. The four-building complex, which was 87% leased at the time of sale, is located at 701-781 Kimberly Ave. and 600-660 S. Placentia Ave.
