Post completes construction of properties in Denver, Phoenix

DENVER — Atlanta-based Post Properties Inc. has completed the construction of Phase I of multifamily property Post Uptown Square in Denver.

The first phase of Post Uptown Square in Denver is 95% leased and consists of 449 units with a total build-out cost of $65.4 million. Located on the former campus of St. Luke’s Hospital in the Uptown district, the property is a combination of the adaptive reuse of old buildings and new construction. Phase II is under construction and will include 247 units.

Post also recently completed Post Roosevelt Square in Phoenix. The property, which is 90% leased, is a 403-unit multifamily community with a total build-out cost of $46.4 million.
