New Development Site
Downtown Memphis, TN
The Memphis Downtown Parking Authority (DPA) is requesting proposals for the design and construction of a new public garage and development of air rights above the garage. The site is 174’ x 148’ and is located at the northeast corner of Main and Gayoso in the heart of downtown. The property is surrounded by major tourist attractions and significant development projects. The DPA intends to sell the air rights to a developer who can create a high quality mixed-use project. There will be a pre-bid conference on Feb 19 at 1pm.
All bid proposals must be received no later than April 18, 2003 at 4pm. Bidders will submit their proposals to:
