PHOENIX — Phoenix-based Roth Development Corp. plans to develop Deer Valley Centre, a 145,000 sq. ft., Class-A office building. Construction of the speculative building is set to begin in fourth-quarter 2001, and completion is slated for mid-2002.
The two-story building will feature a two-story atrium lobby and access to Interstate 17 and Loop 101. The facility is aimed at attracting insurance, financial services, communications and technology companies.
