Samsung inks deal for Chicago area lease renewal

Seoul, South Korea-based Samsung International has renewed its lease for 315,000 sq. ft. at a warehouse/distribution facility in Bolingbrook, Ill. Newport Beach, Calif.-based PM Realty Advisors is the owner of the 405,844 sq. ft. building. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed. Samsung uses the facility as its primary distribution center in the metropolitan Chicago area.

John Oh and Kip Hennelly of Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis represented Samsung in the transaction. Jason West of Dallas–based Trammell Crow Co. represented PM Realty Advisors. The warehouse/distribution facility is located in the Naper Crossings business park.
