Sizzling north Phoenix market to get new office building

PHOENIX — Locally-based Roth Development Corp. plans to build a 145,000 sq. ft. speculative office building in the hot Deer Valley submarket in north Phoenix. The project is expected to break ground in fourth quarter 2001 and be completed in mid-2002.

The two-story, Class-A office building will feature large floor plates and a two-story atrium. The developers aim to attract telecommunications, insurance and financial companies to the complex, which will have access to the Loop 101 highway.
