SPARTA's on the move

WASHINGTON, D.C. — SPARTA, a government contractor for defense and law enforcement agencies, has decided to leave its current space in Tysons Corner, Va., after 20 years and move west to Centreville,Va. The government contractor will occupy 45,000 sq. ft. at 5875 Trinity Parkway. The new location will have enough space for 50% staff growth, and the company will take occupancy in summer 2001.

The suburban Washington, D.C. office of New York-based Julien J. Studley represented SPARTA in this transaction. Northbrook, Ill.-based Grubb & Ellis represented the building owner, Clark Real Estate Advisors LLC.
