Sperry Van Ness opens regional office in Chicago

As part of its national expansion program, Sperry Van Ness, a commercial real estate investment firm based in Irvine, Calif., has opened a regional office in Chicago. Alison Jannotta, a Chicago-area commercial real estate broker, joins the company as the regional director for the Midwest.

"We are expanding rapidly into new regions across the United States and Chicago is one of our key markets," said David Frosh, president of Sperry Van Ness. Besides Chicago, Sperry Van Ness has recently expanded to Boston, Florida, Georgia, New York, Texas and Washington, D.C.
