Staubach helps Pepsi Bottling Group stay home

SOMERS, N.Y. — The New York office of The Staubach Co., Dallas, represented The Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. in negotiations for Pepsi Bottling’s 10-year lease renewal for its corporate headquarters here. Staubach also negotiated a $5.8 million incentive package for Pepsi.

Pepsi will remain in its headquarters at One Pepsi Way, a 379,692 sq. ft. office building that houses more than 1,000 employees.

Robert Bundy, principal in Staubach’s corporate services office in New York, conducted a multi-market site search and represented The Pepsi Bottling Group in the lease and economic incentives negotiations. Jay Koster with Staubach’s financial services division provided credit-based options to explore the viability of building a new facility. Pepsi Bottling will implement significant tenant improvements.
