Trammell Crow to manage 320,047 sq. ft. industrial building

AURORA, Ill. – Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. has been chosen by AEW Capital Management LP, Boston, to manage Butterfield II, a 320,047 sq. ft. industrial property here. Butterfield II was built in 1999 on 17.5 acres of land, with 30 ft. ceilings and a sprinkler system. Clorox and Nevamar currently occupy the building completely. Trammell Crow will manage daily operations and maintenance of the building. Senior Property Manager Vince Zuppa of Trammell Crow is representing the facility.
