Transwestern Investment acquires 309,000 sq. ft. office property in Midtown Manhattan

NEW YORK – Chicago-based Transwestern Investment Co. LLC has acquired 25 West 43rd Street on behalf of its exclusive institutional investment fund, Aslan Realty Partners LP. The 21-story, 309,000 sq. ft. office property is located in the Grand Central Market of Midtown Manhattan, between Fifth Avenue and Avenue of the Americas. The building has entrances on both 43rd and 44th Streets. 87% of the building is currently occupied by 80 tenants.
