ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. — Woodland Hills, Calif.-based Voit Development Co. will break ground in June on the Voit Brea Business Park, a 500,000 sq. ft. speculative industrial park. The $35 million development will feature 16 buildings ranging in size from 13,000 sq. ft. to 51,000 sq. ft.
The project is located next to a 100-acre master-planned business park, and corporate neighbors include Beckman Coulter, Albertson’s Distribution Center, Nature’s Best, American Suzuki and Krauses Sofa Factory.
