MONTVILLE, N.J. — Westvaco Inc. has signed a 122,205 sq. ft. lease at 60 Chapin Rd., a 258,240 sq. ft. industrial building in the Montville Business Park. Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust is the landlord. The company’s Mebane Packaging Group will consolidate three New Jersey facilities into the Montville location.
The building offers 21 ft. clear ceiling heights, one drive-in dock and 15 doors. The facility is also close to state highways 80, 280 and 46.
