Robert Freund

Voit Real Estate Services has hired San Diego real estate executive Robert Freund as chief operating officer. Freund will be responsible for integrating Voit’s asset services and brokerage services divisions and overseeing the operations for Voit’s offices in San Diego, Newport Beach, Irvine, Sacramento, Las Vegas, and Phoenix.

Freund served with Colliers MacCaulay Nicolls for more than eight years, most recently as vice president of business integration for North America where he also initiated strategic alliances and partnerships. Prior to that he worked for consulting firm Ernst & Young. Freund earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Founded in 1971, Voit is a privately held firm based in Newport Beach that currently employs 170 people. Voit has owned, developed and managed over 45 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate, participated in $1.3 billion of construction projects and completed over $32 billion in brokerage transactions.
