Sempra signs $31 million energy services contract

San Diego – Locally based Sempra Energy Solutions recently announced a 15-year, $31 million energy services contract with Toronto-based TrizecHahn Development Corp.'s Hollywood & Highland project.

Under terms of the contract, Hollywood & Highland will outsource to Sempra Energy Solutions the ownership, operation and provision of the energy infrastructure that supplies air conditioning at its new $615 million entertainment and retail destination under development in Los Angeles.
