The Shaw Co., based in Oak Brook, Ill., has begun construction on the 903-acre Manheim Business Park in Cook County, Ill. The Greater Chicago Auto Auction, the park’s anchor tenant, will move into the park next year.
The park, located near both of Chicago’s airports, contains land zoned for commercial, industrial and retail uses. The development also is near Interstate 80 and highways 57 and 294. Parcels of up to 150 acres are available for development.
