Site work begins for Nordstrom expansion

Dulles, Va. – Washington-based Lerner Enterprises began site work in preparation for the Fall 2002 opening of a new 144,000-sq.-ft. Nordstrom store. The Dulles Town Center Nordstrom will join Hecht’s, Lord & Taylor, JCPenney and Sears as the fifth anchor store at the center.

Nordstrom will be positioned at the end of the Town Court, the mall’s new two-level 60,000-sq.-ft. wing, which will feature an upscale array of tenants. Town Court will open simultaneously with Nordstrom.
