PRESS RELEASE: ADD Inc, the Architecture and Design Firm, Leads New River Village Phase III Residential Project in Downtown Fort Lauderdale

Miami, FL  – ADD Inc in Miami was selected by developer American Land Ventures to spearhead the architecture and design of New River Village Phase III, a residential tower that will be located at 501 S.E. 5 Avenue in downtown Fort Lauderdale, along the New River. Phase III is the last phase of the New River Village development.

The upscale New River Village Phase III will consist of 209 residences and 18 floors with ground floor retail, and units that range from 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. The 18th floor rooftop will capture ocean and city views from the clubroom, fitness center, pool and lounge areas.

Residents will have access to nearby Riverwalk park, and ADD Inc is incorporating the adjacent, historic Smoker Park as an integral part of the building’s design by providing a flow-through lobby of floor-to-ceiling, 20-foot glass.

“The building’s architecture and design will project an urban edge, with sophisticated pops of color,” stated Rachel Cardello, Principal of ADD Inc. “Downtown Fort Lauderdale is in the midst of a new renaissance, and New River Village Phase III is in the middle of it all.”

Construction of New River Village III is underway and is estimated to be completed by early 2015.
