Doug Bansbach, Senior Vice President, and Robert Casagrande, Associate Vice President, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
Cassidy Turley has been retained to market the remaining 22,000 square feet of available space for the 67,000-square-foot industrial building. Located one mile west of Exit 12 on the New Jersey Turnpike, 449 Blair Road is in close proximity to Routes 1 and 9. The leasable space features recent renovations such as a new roof and ESFR sprinkler system in addition to tailboard and drive-in loading.
