SAN ANTONIO – Since taking over the leasing assignment at Legacy Oaks in February, CBRE's San Antonio office leasing team has retained and brought in new medical office tenants. The northwest San Antonio office park caters to medical and healthcare users and is conveniently located near the South Texas Medical Center.
In the second quarter, Legacy Oaks retained the following tenants:
South Texas Arthritis Care Centers, renewal of 5,959 square feet
Maxim Healthcare, renewal of 2,787 square feet
Raul Martinez, MD, renewal and expansion to 5,814 square feet

LymphedemaMD, a full service lymphedema outpatient clinic, recently held a grand opening of its new 3,675-square-foot office. The new tenant brings the 223,368-square-foot medical office plaza at 5360- 5430 Fredericksburg Road to 73.1% occupancy.
